Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)

Beginning Fall 2026, Cal State Fullerton will participate in the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE), a program through the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). This program allows eligible students from the participating western region to attend CSUF at a reduced tuition rate of up to 150% of resident tuition while maintaining their residency status in their home state. Students must meet all admissions requirements or be otherwise eligible and submit the WICHE/WUE application directly to CSUF. More information will be available soon.
