Accepting Admission & Enrollment Deposit, and Registering for Orientation

Enrollment Deposit Waiver

The enrollment deposit will be waived for students receiving full financial assistance. 

  • You have received a Federal Student Aid Report with an Expected Family Contribution of $0.
  • You are a recipient of a Guardian Scholars Program Scholarship, President's Scholars Program Scholarship, or an Athletic Scholarship.
  • You are an International student with full government sponsorship.

To find out if you qualify, go online to your Student PortalOpens in new window to accept your admission. The system will inform you if you qualify for a waiver.

Accepting admission is your "Intent to Enroll" decision into CSU Fullerton. All newly admitted students (Undergraduate and Graduate) are required formally to accept admission and pay the $250 enrollment deposit (unless you qualify for a waiver) online on your Student PortalOpens in new window in order to reserve a space in our class. 

 

FALL TERM DEADLINES to accept the offer of admission, submit the enrollment deposit (or waiver if eligible), and register for orientation

  • First-Time Freshmen: May 1  
    • Applicants admitted after April 15th have two weeks from the date of admission, printed on the admit letter, to accept their admission offer.
  • Transfers: June 1  
    • Transfers have the option of attending in-person Orientation on campus, which is recommended, or completing the online Orientation option.
    • Applicants admitted after May 15th have two weeks from the date of admission, printed on the admit letter, to accept their admission offer.
  • Graduates: As determined by the Department or by the start of the term.

Important: If you do not accept your admission or pay the enrollment deposit by the applicable deadline listed above, your admission will be rescinded and you will not be able to enroll at CSU Fullerton.
