Sending High School Transcripts to CSUF
Students can send official transcripts with the graduation date posted to the Office of Admissions via two methods - paper or electronic (if the sending institution supports this method). Please note: Incomplete transcripts, with pending grades and no graduation date, will not be accepted.
If possible, please legibly write your name and CSUF student ID (CWID) on the outside of the sealed envelope. Official transcripts may be sent to:

CSUF accepts electronic high school transcripts via Parchment Exchange . If your school does not use this service, please request paper transcripts.
When ordering high school transcript orders via Parchment Exchange , be sure to select, "California State University, Fullerton" from the list of destinations. Avoid selecting "OTHER" and manually entering email addresses. Otherwise, we cannot ensure transcripts will be recieved. CSUF is not responsible for lost or misdirected transcripts.
